Building Business Acumen through Serious Games

Via: BTSCatalysts for Profitability and Growth

BTS is a world leader in customized business simulations and other discovery learning solutions that enable leading corporations to change, grow and succeed.

BTS platforms incorporate innovative learning content whose efficacy has been proven through successful implementation with leading organizations around the world. BTS simulation tools allow companies to develop the skills and capabilities within all levels of their organization, and these competencies ultimately drive improved business results.

Computer-Based Business Simulations

BTS builds computer-based business simulations to reflect its customers' key strategic and financial priorities. These simulations are created to be competitively dynamic so that the decisions made by one team have a direct impact on the other teams’ results.

Computer-Based Scenario Simulations

Also known as "best-practice" simulations, scenario simulations are used to build leadership, project management and sales capabilities. The simulations leverage decision tree structures in realistic case settings, enhanced with text, audio, still photography and video.

Participants read and observe real-world business situations in the simulation, and they then have the opportunity to react to the issues presented. The participants must choose a course of action, and the simulation immediately presents the impact of the users’ decisions on their ultimate goal.
