Computer-Based Business Simulations

Computer-Based Scenario Simulations
Also known as "best-practice" simulations, scenario simulations are used to build leadership, project management and sales capabilities. The simulations leverage decision tree structures in realistic case settings, enhanced with text, audio, still photography and video.
Participants read and observe real-world business situations in the simulation, and they then have the opportunity to react to the issues presented. The participants must choose a course of action, and the simulation immediately presents the impact of the users’ decisions on their ultimate goal.
